When will I receive my order? TOP

You will receive a confirmation by email upon receipt and shipping of your order. Every effort is made to ship your order within 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

What is your return policy? TOP

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you my request for a return within 7 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and sent back in their original packing. A copy of your invoice must be included in the box with the return. To process a return please email sales@pursesuitonline.com and indicate your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number with instructions for processing the return. A full refund will be credited to your account (minus shipping cost) for your purchase.

What is "leather like" or "simulated leather"? TOP

We offer only the highest quality faux leather available. The material looks and feels like real leather. We never carry anything that looks "cheap or plasticy."
